Besides tours, one of our more unique services is the scanning & clearing of difficult to sell real
estate. This is a necessary and important function in our world because
there are literally thousands of sites throughout the country that need "clearing" where
fulfilling and happy lives can take place.
Our service has two parts. The First Phase is to determine if there is a
spiritual issue (such as confused spirits) or is the problem at hand more
mundane ( i.e. the property is over priced, wrong color, close to a major road
or similar problem).
If the problem is some type of spiritual "happening" that can be addressed
then a solution is provided for the client to implement. If a
"clearing ceremony" is necessary it will be explained to the client "what is
going on" and what sort of ceremony is needed.
Remote Clearing
In many cases Harold does not even have to be at the location. Usually
an address and description of the property is all that is needed. Fees for
