Yoga & Meditation
For us, yoga is more than just making shapes with your body. Yoga means to “unite” — to bring to union the body, mind, breath, and spirit. We explore these three elements in our practice through asana (the postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. Whether you are brand new to yoga or are an experienced practitioner, we completely customize the experience for you and/or your group.
Yoga Hike
3 Hours
Hike to your red rocks classroom with a certified yoga instructor for a yoga practice tailored for you in the beauty of the outdoors with views of iconic vortex sites. Once at our destination, we will have apx. 75 minutes for our practice with time for either meditation, pranayama (breathwork), or relaxation in sivasana. The structure and style of the class is customizable to suit individual interests and skill levels from beginner to advanced. We will get the body and the breath moving, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and centered.
Outdoor Yoga
2 Hours
Would you like to learn some new skills to take home with you or refine your sadhana (practice for spiritual growth and wellness)? We work with people of all abilities from beginner to advanced practitioners and in a variety of styles such as hatha, vinyasa, yin, kundalini kriya, partner yoga, and more. We will increase movement and release stagnant or stuck energy in the physical and emotional body resulting in overall peace in the mind and relaxation in the body.
Yoga Tours are amongst the red rocks in Sedona and are not facilitated in Coconino National Forest Service.
If the weather is not ideal for an outdoor yoga session, it is possible to practice indoors at our yoga studio in West Sedona.
