Katy Hughes is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Holy Reiki Master, and Intuitive Guide. She is passionate about empowering others and connecting people to a higher source or awareness while offering healing on a deep personal soul level. Katy first visited Sedona back in 2014 when visiting a friend after a particularly bad break up. After hiking Cathedral Rock, she fell in love with Sedona and the deep healing she felt but didn’t quite understand yet. Since then, she moved from Green Bay, Wisconsin to Phoenix, Arizona where she enrolled in the Integrative Healing Arts program at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe. Here Katy learned the tools she needed to follow her purpose in life of helping people return to their true authentic self. She now has relocated to the Sedona area, to begin to answer the call to be a conduit of divine healing power on the Sacred land.

Katy enjoys working with people both one-on-one as well as with groups while providing healing and a customized guided journey through meditation or hypnotherapy.
