CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy for Tours:
If you need to change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that we have enough time to make the appropriate changes necessary. You will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made 24 hrs. prior to your scheduled booking. In the case of inclement weather that impacts safety and travel such as lightning, heavy snowfall, or rain that is .1” accumulation or greater, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation Policy for Healings, Readings, Activations, & Private Yoga:
Your booking secures the availability of one of our gifted facilitators to hold space for you in their calendar. To honor their time and others interested in our services, please note the following: You will receive a full refund if you cancel 24 hrs. prior to your scheduled booking. Non-emergent cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking are nonrefundable. Please call us with any questions or concerns.
Cancellation Policy for 1-Day Retreats/Packages
If you need to change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that we have enough time to make the appropriate changes necessary. You will receive a full refund if you cancel 48 hrs. prior to your scheduled booking. Cancellations made within 48 – 24 hrs. of the scheduled booking will receive a credit of the total booking for future services within one year. If for any reason your experience cannot run due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to find a suitable replacement or offer you a full refund. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
Cancellation Policy for Retreats:
If, for any reason you need to change your reservation, please get in touch as soon as possible to ensure that we have enough time to make the appropriate changes necessary. Cancellations made greater than 7 days prior to the scheduled booking will be refunded 90% of the total price and a 10% administration fee will be retained which can be applied as a credit for a future experience. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking will be offered a credit equal to the paid deposit to be applied for a future service for yourself or a friend within one year or you may gift the paid service to someone in need. Cancellations made within 24hrs before service, will incur a 100% charge. If for any reason the experience cannot run due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to offer an alternative or issue a full refund. Any payments made will be refunded back to the method of payment.
**SEDONA MYSTICAL TOURS does not offer refunds or credits for canceled flights (unless we are notified outside the cancellation period) We recommend booking your tour on a date that occurs at least two days after you arrive. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
SEDONA MYSTICAL TOURS offers door-to-door service from select Sedona hotels, resorts, and accomodations. SEDONA MYSTICAL TOURS acts as an agent for the attractions available on their tours and shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss, injury, or damage that results from the acts or omissions of any company or person operating such attractions.
SEDONA MYSTICAL TOURS reserves the right to alter itineraries and routes due to conditions beyond our control, such as traffic construction, weather and safety.
Tour guide gratuities are not included in price unless otherwise stated.
A credit card is required to hold and guarantee all bookings. SEDONA MYSTICAL TOURS accepts all major credit cards.
SEDONA MYSTICAL TOURS may cancel a tour if the minimum number of guests is not met or for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as inclement weather.
All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or adult chaperone.
SEDONA MYSTICAL TOURS is not responsible for any items left behind on the trail or in tour vehicles.
